Does PARTS PER MILLION (PPM) have anything to do with silver particle SIZE? 

NO. PPM is the total number of silver particles (strength of concentration).

Strength

PARTS PER MILLION (PPM) is the number of silver particles per serving (not size). The greater the number of silver particles per serving yields greater concentration.

Higher PPM = stronger immune support.

Silver Wings conveniently offers a variety of PPM strengths: 50PPM, 150PPM, 250PPM and 500PPM.

Every bottle’s PPM is verified within 5% (+/-) of what’s on the label. This is within FDA and GMP compliance standards.

Does PPM have any correlation with the liquid color?

YES. True silver actually has a translucent amber color.  The higher the PPM, the darker the amber color. This is exactly what you want to see and what your paying for– silver! Compare to much weaker 10ppm ionic silver which has a virtually clear water-like appearance.

Silver Wings’ higher PPM strength offers the convenience of less dosages. Silver Wings’ 50ppm is 5x stronger than other 10ppm brands. Our 250ppm  and 500ppm formulas are 25x-50x stronger. So for about the same price, Silver Wings is MUCH MORE ECONOMICAL!

Stability

ZETA POTENTIAL analyzes the stability of silver particles in suspension. This ranges between 0 – 61+. The higher, the better!

Silver particles that have LOW zeta potential tend to coagulate or flocculate (form clumps or masses of larger silver particles. Not good! EBATCO Laboratory states, “Particles with lower zeta potential have a tendency to collide and form large agglomerations.”
